CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy I understand that things come up, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure I can accommodate all my clients, please review the following cancellation policy: Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your service. 48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me time to offer your spot to someone else. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost. Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows will be charged 30% of the service fee. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you, but appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.
