CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy I understand that things come up, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure I can accommodate all my clients, please review the following cancellation policy: Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your service. 48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me time to offer your spot to someone else. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24hrs of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you, but appointments may need to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and 50% of the service total will be charged. By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy, including the non-refundable deposit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
